Right of withdrawal
If you are based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is known as the cooling-off period. To exercise this right, complete the form below with your name and order reference.

Receive confirmation
An automatic confirmation email is sent to you. Your order is then processed for cancellation and refund.
The 14-day period runs from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the goods. Once your request is received, you will be sent an automatic confirmation email.
